We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, and its territories, as well as 100 other countries.  All orders are processed for shipping Monday-Friday.   Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain shipment tracking information.

Our shipping & handling charges are based on the total weight of the order and the location and/or country the order is being shipped to. The cost for shipping is calculated automatically via the shipping option of your choice and is a reflection of that service shipping rates.

Order Processing Time for Orders Shipping within the United States 

Our Quick Ship Promise… We are committed to handling your orders quickly, with MOST orders being processed within 24 hours of receipt, and are usually shipped within 48 hours. Any orders received on a Sunday or National Holiday, will be processed on the following business day.  Express Shipments received before 1:00PM EST are processed the same day.  All orders are shipped within 1-3 Business Days. Below is an average delivery guideline, and is not a guarantee, but is used as a referencing tool.  The time frame provided are only estimates, your package may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.  Every effort is made to ship your order in a timely manner. 

Standard Shipping -   Estimate Delivery Time 3-10 Business Days depending on courier selected.

Expedited Shipping - Estimate Delivery Time 2-3 Business Days depending on courier selected.

Shipping Option 

We currently offer the following shipping options for all orders shipped within the United States… USPS, and FedEx.  We have implemented two types of shipping methods to give our customers the choice on the speed of delivery, and tracking capabilities that best fits your needs.

For the most part all orders we ship via the free shipping option are delivered by the USPS. Whichever service you choose to have deliver  your package, you will be able to track it throughout the shipping process with a tracking number.

Please Note: Shipments to P.O. boxes are delivered by USPS only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 Express Shipping Service

Express services are available for deliveries Monday-Friday.  Delivery time frame begins on the day your order is shipped.  Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays. Next Day requested on Fridays is not available for Saturday arrival, and will be delivered on Monday. Next Day orders placed over the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) will be delivered on Tuesday. 

Express Shipping is not available for the following:

  • USA Federal Holidays
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories

Free Shipping Offer

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping, with delivery in 5-7 business days, on any Reflections of Iman orders of $150 or more USD.  This offer only applies to an order shipped to a single address within the contiguous United States and Washington D.C. and only to USPS standard ground shipping.  This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other shipping destinations outside the 48 contiguous United States.  Offer is not valid on previous purchases, and is subject to adjustment due to returns, and cancellations.  Minimum purchase required; discounts, and before handling charges do not qualify toward the minimum purchase.  Other restrictions may apply.

Arrival time with free shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders containing fragrances and nail polish may only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states via ground delivery.   Fragrance and nail polish delivery to P.O. boxes is unavailable.

Can I Update My Shipping Address? 

Account holders, can log into your account and update you personal information at anytime.  However, if your have recently placed an order and need to update your shipping address, please contact us, and we will work with you to make the necessary corrections. The sooner you contact us the greater the likelihood that we  can make the correction before your order has been shipped.  Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped we are unable to change or modify the shipping address.

Can I Ship To Multiple Addresses Within The Same Order? 

At this time Reflections of Iman does not offer shipping to different addresses within one order.  To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Can I Ship To An Alternative Delivery Address?

You can choose to have your order delivered to a different address other than your billing address, by choosing this option in the delivery information section at time of check-out.  By having your order shipped to an alternative address may require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

Can I Make Corrections To A Item In My Order?

Yes, but hurry! We can only make changes to your order if it has not been shipped. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.   We will work with you to make the necessary corrections, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.  We can change the size, color, quantity or edit your shipping address. However, we are unable to add pieces to an existing order. The sooner you contact us the greater the likelihood that we be able to modify your order.   We are always willing to do our best to assist you in every way we can.  

 Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders are authorized and processed in real-time so canceling an order is very difficult. We immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed. There is a very small time frame that allows us to facilitate changes, or cancel an orders once they’re submitted. Contact our Customer Care Center, we will do our best to make the modifications, or cancellation of your order if possible.  The request needs to be placed within 3 hours from time of purchase. If it is outside this timeframe or if the order was shipped, we are unable to make changes or  guarantee cancellations.

 How Do I Know My Order has been Successfully Placed

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system.  Account holders can log into your account and view your order under "Order History".

 Packaging & Shipment

We do our best to ensure that your order is packaged safe in transit. All of our items are packaged individually. We pack all of our shipments in high quality materials to preserve your purchases during shipment, and to protect them from coming into contact with dust, dirt, or liquids.  When possible all items in your order will be shipped together to the selected shipping address. Occasionally, depending on the size of the items and number of units, orders may be packed and shipped in multiple boxes. However, you are only charged one shipping fee.  We will also notify you if your items will arrive in separate  packages.  You will be provided a tracking number for each package shipped. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email that contains tracking information.  You can also sign in to “My Account” and follow the tracking link under "Order History." Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear. Still have questions?  Please contact our Customer Care Department, and we'll be happy to assist you.

 Do I Have To Sign For My Package?

For security reasons, some of our orders may require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders over $300 and any order delivered to a business address require signatures. Also a signature may be required for orders that are shipped to an address other than the payment billing address.  Occasionally a signature may be required for orders under $300, at the discretion of the delivery service.

At this time there is no way to guarantee requirement of a signature upon delivery for orders under $300.  If your order is under $300 and you are not home when your package arrives, the carrier will take care to place your package in a discreet location.  However, if your package requires a signature and you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt, and for you to contact them further instruction. 

Please note: The actions taken for the delivery of packages when you are not home varies depending on the service you select. 

If you would like to request a signature for the delivery of your order, please make a notation in the comment section when placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate you.  

Weekend Delivery

Packages delivered by USPS are subject to Saturday arrivals.   FedEx packages are delivered Monday through Friday.

Holiday Shipment Processing

Order shipment during the Month of Ramadan, and before the Eid's can take up to an additional day for processing.  However, we do our very best to provide same-day processing and shipment for last minute holiday shopping.   This excludes the day before, the day after and the actual day of Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha, when we are closed.

Shipping Confirmation Email

Please allow 24 hours for shipping confirmation emails to come through, or the next business day if ordering over the weekend.  Sometimes our emails can wind up in your junk folder, so you can try checking there.  For customers that create an account, you can also check your order status, by logging into your account.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

If you are a registered customer, you can access your order by logging into your account.  You can check the status of your order under "Order History" in the "My Account" area.  Both account holders and non-account customers, will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed.  You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Can I Track My Order and When Will I Receive It?

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking information for your package, so you can track the status of your shipment. If your order is sent via standard shipping, expect it to arrive in 4 - 10 business days. If your order is sent via Express shipping, expect it to arrive in 2 - 3 business days.

You can also review your order and obtain tracking information by visiting the "Order History" section of your account.   We'll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner.  Keep in mind that orders placed during peak shipping periods such as the first day of each month, promotional events, and holidays, may take an additional day to process due to the higher volume of orders. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.  Please allow 24hrs for tracking info to be updated between our system and the selected courier’s service.   
 
What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?
 
 If after following up with the selected delivery agent, you're still not satisfied, please contact our Customer Care department, and we'll be happy to assist you.  Reflections of Iman accept NO responsibility for any item(s) once they have been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, since the proof is with the carrier.  Once we surrender packages to USPS, or FedEx, Reflections of Iman has no control of the package or of the delivery protocols.   However we are willing to assist in every way possible.  With FedEx you have a door-to door insured traceable, package delivery service
 
What Happens With Returned Packages, Failed Deliveries or Refusal of Delivery?
 
In the case where your package is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or the customer's refusal of package. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all initial shipping cost and any shipping costs  associated with returned package to our warehouse due to failed delivery.

We ask that you make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct, and if you have selected a courier option that requires a signature, that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.

Once we receive the package back, the order is processed the same as a returned order, and is subject to the same timeframe adherence, conditions, and restrictions. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Please see the guidelines in our Return Policy for the eligibility for a store credit, or refund of merchandise.

Refused packages maybe abandoned by courier/postal companies and redirection/return to our office is not guaranteed. If redirected, your package will be treated as a returned order, and return shipping fees will be assessed. If the package fails to be returned to us, the complete cost of the package will have to be borne by the customer.
