We can ship to virtually any address in the world via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS). Our shipping chargers are based on the total weight of the order and the country the order is being shipped to. We have implemented two types of shipping methods to give our customers the choice of paying more or less based on the speed of delivery and tracking capabilities. You are free to choose the shipping service that best fits your budget and timetable.

How to Determine Shipping for Your Order

1. To get an accurate shipping charge please proceed with your shopping, by placing the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart.
2. Once you have completed your shopping, you’ll find a button on the top panel of our website that says… “View Cart”, click the view cart button.
3. Now you’re on the view shopping cart page. On the lower right hand side of the page you will see…. “Calculate Shipping” .  Here you will enter your, Country, State/Province, and Postal/Zip Code.
4. All that is left for you to do is, choose the shipping option that best fits for your needs.

Order Processing 

Our Quick Ship Promise. For most orders that are shipped, via USPS Priority mail and UPS, we try our best to provide one day order processing. This means, if your order is placed before 4:00pm Pacific Standard time,  (Monday - Thursday), then your order is sent out the next business day, Insha’Allah.  (Please Note:  All 1st Class International Shipping has a 3 day processing time).

During the Month of Ramadan, and before the Eid's orders can take up to an addtional day or two for processing.

Holiday Orders

Enjoy guaranteed same-day processing and shipment for last minute holiday shopping.  Guaranteed same day processing is available during the week before Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha, if you make your order by 2:00pm Pacific Standard time, Monday – Saturday. These guarantees exclude the actual day of Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha, when we are closed.

Packaging

We do our best to ensure that your order is packaged safe in transit. All of our items are packaged individually. We packs all of our shipments in high quality materials to preserve your purchases during shipment, and to protect them from coming into contact with dust, dirt, or liquids.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Please note that Reflections of Iman.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items or packages.  We dos not contract with any delivery company outside of the USA, and are not responsible for the actions of delivery services within or outside of the USA.  

Once we surrender packages to USPS or UPS, Reflections of Iman has no control of the package or of the delivery protocols or times of the USPS, or UPS.   However, our customer service department is ready and willing to assist you in tracking your package and will file a claim for a lost package if necessary. 

 Tracking Service and Insurance

You may also select to use United Parcel Service (UPS) as your shipping method.  With UPS you have a insured and traceable, package for a slightly higher fee.

International Orders

You have the option of selecting to use 1st class USPS International Shipping.  Choosing this option is slightly less expensive; however it has no tracking options once the package has left the United States.  Reflections of Iman accept no responsibility for any item(s) once they have been ship. We suggest that you use USPS Priority Mail or ship via UPS for a complete tacking and traceable delivery.

Does Reflections of Iman Insure Delivery

We ship for the most part via the USPS Priority Mail with confirmation.  A confirmation number is not a tracking number, rather it lets the customer know a package has been shipped and it lets Reflections of Iman, know when you have received the package.  If your confirmation says that your package has been delivered; yet you did not receive your package.  We are no longer responsible for the package since the proof is with the carrier.  However we are willing to assist in everyway possible.  

The Average Delivery Time

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of payment clearance, and all orders are currently shipped from Northern California, USA.   Below is the average delivery time quote via the US Postal Service, and are not guarantee by Reflections of Iman, but is use as a referencing tool.  

Domestic USA Orders

1^st Class Mail ~ 7 days to 15 days

USP Priority Mail ~ 3 Days to 7 days

Express Priority Mail ~ 1 day to 3 days

UPS ~ you have the option of selecting the time fame in which to have the package delivered in.

International Orders

1^st Class Mail ~ 15 days to 30 days (depending on customs can take up to 45 days)

USP Priority Mail ~ 7 Days to 15 days

Express Priority Mail ~ 5 day to 7 days

UPS ~ you have the option of selecting the time fame in which to have the package delivered in.
